We only print on premium grade coated cardstock (high-density, 14pt–16pt (roughly 280–350 GSM).

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?
FROM INITIAL CONSULTATION THROUGH DESIGN AND DELIVERY, WE CAN USUALLY GET your cards TO YOU IN 2 weeks or less. If you need them sooner, rush services may be available for an additional charge.

DO YOU OFFER RUSH ORDERS?
YES, WHEN OUR SCHEDULE ALLOWS. RUSH ORDERS MAY BE AVAILABLE FOR AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE DEPENDING ON THE PROJECT SIZE AND DEADLINE.

I need my logo vectorized. Can you do that for me?
Yes, We sure can.

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY?
One card. That’s right - we’ll make just one card if that’s what you need.

I just need Cards designed to be printed elsewhere. Can you do that?
Yes, we offer standALONE DESIGN SERVICES and we’d love to earn your printing and packaging business, as well.

CAN I SEE A PROOF BEFORE MY CARDS ARE PRINTED?
YES. WE SEND A DIGITAL PROOF FOR REVIEW BEFORE PRODUCTION SO YOU CAN APPROVE THE DESIGN AND DETAILS FIRST.

WHAT IF I NOTICE A SPELLING ERROR OR WRONG INFO?
NO PROBLEM — THAT’S EXACTLY WHY WE PROOF EVERYTHING BEFORE PRINTING. ONCE APPROVED, FINAL RESPONSIBILITY FOR SPELLING, NAMES, NUMBERS, AND STATS BELONGS TO THE CUSTOMER, but reprints are always an option.

DO YOU HELP WITH THE DESIGN OR DO I NEED TO PROVIDE EVERYTHING?
WE CAN HANDLE THE DESIGN FROM START TO FINISH. SEND US YOUR PHOTOS, LOGOS, COLORS, AND IDEAS, AND WE’LL TURN THEM INTO A PROFESSIONAL-QUALITY CARD DESIGN or we’ll create one from scratch to fit your vibes.

WHAT KIND OF PHOTOS WORK BEST?
HIGH-RESOLUTION PHOTOS WORK BEST — CLEAR, WELL-LIT IMAGES WITH THE PLAYER OR SUBJECT IN FOCUS. PHONE PHOTOS CAN WORK GREAT IF THEY’RE SHARP AND NOT TOO DARK OR BLURRY. Email or upload of the original photo file is best. Screenshots will not work.

CAN YOU REMOVE BACKGROUNDS OR CLEAN UP PHOTOS?
YES. WE CAN REMOVE BACKGROUNDS, CLEAN UP IMAGES, ADJUST COLORS, AND MAKE YOUR PHOTOS LOOK MORE POLISHED FOR THE FINAL CARD DESIGN. Photo editing fees may apply.

DO YOU PRINT FRONT AND BACK CARDS?
YES. WE DESIGN AND PRINT SINGLE-SIDED OR DOUBLE-SIDED CARDS, INCLUDING STATS, BIOS, QR CODES, sponsor logos, team info, or custom messages on the back. We take pride in having detailed backs of cards that aren’t super generic.

CAN YOU MAKE CARDS FOR TEAMS, EVENTS, SENIORS, OR GIFTS?
ABSOLUTELY. WE CREATE CUSTOM CARDS FOR TEAMS, INDIVIDUAL ATHLETES, SENIOR NIGHTS, COACH GIFTS, BIRTHDAYS, TOURNAMENTS, BUSINESS PROMOS, AND MORE.

WILL THE COLORS MATCH EXACTLY WHEN PRINTED?
WE DO OUR BEST TO MATCH COLORS AS CLOSELY AS POSSIBLE, BUT COLORS CAN VARY SLIGHTLY BETWEEN SCREENS/Monitors AND in PRINT. IF YOU HAVE SPECIFIC BRAND COLORS, SEND US YOUR CMYK Values.

DO THE CARDS COME PACKAGED OR PROTECTED?
YES. CARDS ARE PACKED CAREFULLY TO HELP PROTECT THEM DURING SHIPPING. PREMIUM PACKAGING OPTIONS MAY ALSO BE AVAILABLE DEPENDING ON THE ORDER. All shipments are insured to protect your cards.

CAN I ORDER MORE CARDS LATER WITH THE SAME DESIGN?
YES. WE CAN KEEP YOUR DESIGN ON FILE SO REORDERS, additional players, or future seasons are easier and faster.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I PLACE MY ORDER?
WE’LL REVIEW YOUR PROJECT DETAILS, REQUEST ANY NEEDED PHOTOS OR INFO, CREATE YOUR DESIGN, SEND A PROOF FOR APPROVAL, THEN MOVE TO PRINTING AND DELIVERY ONCE APPROVED. We’ll be in contact every step of the way.

Do you offer illustrated cards?
Yes. At your request we can create hand-illustrated designs - and we love to do it. Additional art fees will apply based on the complexity and quantity of illustrations needed.

Do you use Ai for your cards?
We use Ai tools to help with ideation, mockups, organization, etc. We do not use generative Ai to create entire card designs or major elements of cards and we will avoid generative Ai entirely for your project if you indicate you do not want it used.

We view Ai as a tool that can help make some things easier, faster or even better, but not as a replacement for creativity. Many of the programs we use to produce designs (such as Photoshop and Illustrator) have Ai tools embedded in them that have been helping artists for some time, now.
